We would never risk the misuse or loss of your data, as well as the loss of our good reputation.
What do we know about you?
- The app stores your name, email address, billing information, and other information you provided during registration in a secure database (although you can use the app without registering, in which case we don't have this data).
- The program saves your IP address and sends you cookies, thanks to which you can browse the web faster and use the program without having to re-enter your password when you reload the page.
- The database stores all the information you entered into the program.
- The app sends all your messages to Open AI via their API, so don't send sensitive information to our chat
- We don't think that all of the information you enter into your account is confidential, but regardless, we treat it as if absolutely all of your information were confidential. We store all information that concerns you in accordance with the strict legislation of the European Union and Ukraine, where privacy policy comes first.
This is a big responsibility for us - How do we treat it?
- Only we will work with your data. We will not sell them, we will not lend them, we will not rent them to anyone, we will not show them to anyone, and we will not allow them to be misused by third parties.
- Only you and the people you allow can access the time entries in your account. Even we can't see the data in your account, because all operations take place automatically.
- You can export and archive all your data at any time and find out what information we store.
- We must reluctantly admit that you can leave us at any time by deactivating your account. In this case, we will delete all your data, but you can of course take it with you.
- If we find ourselves in a situation where the law requires us to open access to your data, we will first carefully consider the situation and then decide whether we really have an obligation to do so. No state bodies, except the bodies of Ukraine, can force us to do this. Most often, state bodies comply with the legislation of Ukraine and the European Union, where privacy policy comes first.
- All data in the application are stored and copied in the data center of the Ukraine.com.ua company. In terms of providing services, the site (hereinafter - the "Site") is prohibited from being used for any illegal activity.
Why do we keep all the data?
- This helps our app work better. Thus, it can remember something about you, and at the right moment provide the information that interests you, suggest the appropriate record among other information and provide you with the necessary assistance.
